Bought a 2016 explorer from a used lot ( fleet vehicle). They still treated my wife so kindly and professionally. Competitive ford dealer (won't name them) literally tried to take advantage of my wife. Real sexism at work. Not at Barber. Barber is the best you may have to wait a week or two but that's because they perform exceptional service. My grandpa, dad, and myself go here. Thank you for the honest work ladies and gentleman.

As usual, the service dept personnel were polite and friendly and flexible in making my appointment within my schedule. The visit was quick and efficient and my car is running fine.
Did not have an extremely long wait. Customer service person was pleasant and explained what was done. Would have been 5 stars, but prices are high. Realize it is a dealership, though. Will get other things done at a more affordable garage. But, overall, pleased.
The service team was very welcoming. They were able to get us in and set up very promptly. The pricing was very reasonable. They even helped my mother in law fill up her tires. Bonus points!
