Only place who makes appointments and claim no appointment was ever made. Pathetic!!
Great people there that work there they take your right in for service they're just great great deals on tires and they treat you like a real person great place to go
Awful.... I made an appointment for 4pm because the guy said it would be their last appointment of the day. With an attitude, he said they never schedule such late appointments and I'd be waiting for an hour and a half... at least. I had to take off work early for this. WITHOUT an apology, he made me reschedule for Saturday. I got scolded for their employee scheduling my appointment. Horrible business ethics.
If you are a female, Bring a guy with you! Twice they tried to get over on my sister. First time damaging a wheel stud and not saying anything, forcing me to go there and have it corrected, doing an alignment with a bad tie rod and not saying anything about it. Now after replacing the tie rods and being forced to do another alignment, They are telling her that it has a bad tie rod and it needs to be replaced. What a joke! Just lost yourself business, clowns. This is why I check and fix what needs to be fixed on her car, Useless places like this who think they can get over on people, especially women. Do yourself a favor, find another place and save yourself time and money. Be happy I couldn't make it there
Kost just lost a customer. (Wyoming PA)Not only did I find out that they lied to me about needing a part for my car (which got replaced a week ago by another place) they said I needed that part to pass inspection, which is not true either. The sign on the wall says the price of inspection Pass or Fail. I was prepared to pay that even tho he said I failed inspection. He did not charge me. Thought he was being nice, but couldn't legally charge me because the part I supposedly needed , I wouldn't have needed anyway to pass. I since went somewhere else and my car fully passed inspection, with nothing needed. Would u look at that!
Just got 4 brand new tires and alignment for a super great deal! Everything was perfect my car is riding great!
